• No solar experience necessary. We will train you! Sales experience is a big plus but not necessary for the right candidate!
• Must have a willingness to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solar reps will explain to homeowners the benefits of owning your own electricity.
• Managing customer expectations
• Working with a hands-on mentor.
• Working with a team of motivated individuals striving to be the best in the industry.

RESULTS:

• Write your own paycheck! There is no limit on how much you can earn.
• 100% Commission after 4 weeks of training pay.
• Pacesetters can make well over $100,000 per year.
• W2 position with health insurance available.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
